Does Due Process Come From Under A Pillow?

Counsel is the last thing an accused person should lack in a free country.  I have had ALL my human and civil rights violated as a result of constant ineffective and incompetent legal assistance.  The inhumane treatment consists of torture, trickery, deceit, false hope, deliberate indifference, targeted malice, willful hazing using harassment and innuendos of a sexual nature, human trafficking, loss of custody of my children, driver's license confiscated and property seized:  ALL without due process! 

Access to the courts for me have been denied! I have been shamed by the abuses I reported and my pace of life has been dictated by the sirens of unrepentant bigots!  My contact with the outside world has been severly restricted since 1995. 

When due process and equal justice under the law is so palpably absent there is no redress of grievances and no remedies for systematic infringers but only excessive punishment,  the impunity goes well beyond abuses.  Why not waste energy for commitment to human rights starting with universal standards.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are insufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. —Such has been the patient sufferance of the Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government."


The history of the present conditions are a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

  • Up to 70 percent of women experience violence in their lifetime.  
  • Violence kills and disables as many women between the ages of 15 and 44 as cancer.  
  • The economic cost of violence against women in the United States alone exceeds US$5.8 billion per year.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon launched the UNiTE to End Violence Against Women campaign to prevent and eliminate violence against women and girls in all parts of the world. More than 880,000 actions have already been taken to date.

Living free from violence is a human right.  More than 150 organizations — including 40 women’s groups across the globe and our sister organizations, work with Congress to develop the International Violence Against Women Act (IVAWA), which if passed would consistently incorporate solutions for reducing violence against women. 

Why not waste energy for commitment to human rights starting with universal standards and with holding everyone accountable to those standards, including ourselves… When injustice anywhere is ignored, justice everywhere is denied. Acknowledging and remedying mistakes does not make us weaker, it reaffirms the strengths of our principles and institutions.
