Despite the widespread systematic manner in which this author has been held in indefinite petty legal limbo, virtually no judicial steps have been attempted against practices that have infected the justice system at every turn. We must do more against aggravated relational aggression using police perpetrated violence! No one deserves to be a human battering instrument. My case started out in a relatively simple way. I was singled out by a cop (Debbie Peecook). She arrested me 33 times. I spent the weekend in jail and was released without a charge sometimes. Her tool of profession was an illegal restraining order that they would not let me contest. I never did anything to her.

Another cop found insignificant items in front of Peecook's house: a crunched up piece of paper, a merry xmas balloon, a sea shell, a rock, some stamped post cards, a botts dot (whatever that is)...over a series of time.

My mother lived a block away and they have me video'd driving by. They charged me with stalking (actually I pled from a misdemeanor to a felony because I had two minor children.) I had totally incompetent counsel who made me languish in jail over my right to a speedy trial. He would not provide me a trial because they wanted to dismiss all of the insignificant items except one. I thought I could leave the area and reverse my case.) The police stalked me out of their jurisdiction, blamed me for leaving a business card on someone's car, blamed me for leaving a fake pearl necklace at a hair studio, and violated my probation.

They sent me to prison, enhanced my stalker conviction with a sex offender. As a result, they took my children out of my custody. Finally, they dismissed the sex offender charge which has caused the most damages. I took that issue and ran. They also pilfered my $100k rightfully inherited trust fund. The U.S. Government let my case(s) spin out of control and called them "frivolous".

As a result of the retaliation because I contested the "sex offender" charge, I suffered a series of physical, psychological, malicious prosecutions, and false arrests . I don't think any woman, let alone a lesbian should have to depend on American men. I left California in an effort to seek asylum because the U.S. Government deliberately suspended my driver's license without an administrative hearing that we are all entitled to.

I have lived in Klamath Falls, Oregon, for 8 years+ and suffer severe human right violations and atrocities that have spun out of control here as well. Again, the state and federal judges have called it "frivolous"...

No Perils of Legal Liability In The Case Of One Disenfranchised Hebrew American

Plaintiff, having had excessive government entanglement running afoul of civil and human rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution still without legal support, has brought separate §1983 and §2254 actions against the police and other officials on the grounds that labeling her as a sex offender based upon a policy enacted after her criminal conviction violated her constitutional rights.

Infringements of the Due Process and Ex Post Facto Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination constitutes cruel and unusual punishment and is in violation of the Eighth Amendment.

Matter of fact, the U.S. Government has endorsed cruel and unusual punishment by continuing to identify plaintiff as a sex offender, allowing her to be defined as someone who has been convicted, at any time, of any sex offense or [who] engaged in sexual misconduct during the course of an offense. They have continued to recommend that she receive treatment making it their constitutional duty to inculcate cruel and unusual punishment by portraying plaintiff to the public that “sexual assault is a heinous crime committed by Offenders with deviant behavior patterns that cannot be controlled by incarceration alone.”

Still no remedies are available for these violations or the disparate treatment set forth under Title VII while retaliating against plaintiff by conspiring against her rights under 18 USC §241.

Here is the latest:

9) That plaintiff-appellant could be and has been compelled to submit by force or by threat of imminent death, serious bodily injury, extreme pain or kidnapping; and to substantially impair her power to appraise or control her conduct.

10) That throughout August and September 2011, plaintiff-appellant sought housing, finally relying on the verbal agreement made by manager's Christopher John and Ericka Little of Wiseman's Mobile Home Park at 6800 South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

11) Whereas, future defendant's Christopher John and Ericka Little declared a visual inspection of plaintiff's-appellant's residential travel trailer, approving thereof, and preserving a certain space before plaintiff-appellant relocated her residential travel trailer at Wiseman's Mobile Home Park.

12) Whereas, plaintiff-appellant relied on said verbal agreement halting all efforts to seek housing else where before winter's debilitating freeze that caused plaintiff's-appellant health breakdown the previous season.

13) Whereas, plaintiff-appellant relocated her residential travel trailer on October 3, 2011 to Wiseman's Mobile Home Park at 6800 South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon, paid rent due, then was discriminated by the use of forcible hostilities to unlawfully evict plaintiff-appellant by future defendant's, Christopher John and Ericka Little, and the Klamath County Sheriff's department.

14) I hereby declare that the above statements are true to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that I understand it is made for use as evidence in court and is subject to penalty for perjury. Dated this day of 24th day, October 2011.

HOW AND WHEN WILL THE INTERNATIONAL COURTS RULE?

The Defendants and other U.S. reps in the case concerning Kini Cosma of Equestrian Travel Mall and Legal Services are unwilling to confront the climate of abuse and the unfair pattern of unreasonableness. There have been no informal attempts to seek a resolution to the inherent bigotry and hatred.

It is time the active participants be brought to justice in the European Court of Justice, the Inter-American Commission on Human Right (Organization of American States in Washington, DC), the International Criminal Court or any other Court recognizing the importance of these matters.

There are deeper problems in our country than we even know. Laws have a way of legitimating prejudice, which unleashes brutality even in normally mild, respectable citizens. This encourages meanness and cruelty, even to the point of making it acceptable to kill "undesirables" among us. This has costed a calibration of harm that will never be replaced and cover the financial, emotional deficits sustained and cured through mental health.

Years and years of police brutality, menacing communities and judicial terrorism will create the ever-changing forms of false imprisonment and a life of misery, grief, and torture. The cruelty of this madness and verocity is further compounded by media cover-up, a systematic, deliberate cover-up; a media blackout that is diverting this author's financial resources by implicating these ever-changing forms of obstructing justice.

At the cost of doing business, this author has been arbitrarily detained and isolated in legal limbo indefinitely. The extraordinary obstacles of systematic neglect have included the icy sophistry prolonging mental anguish, inhuman and degrading treatment profoundly separating her from the human family.

The serial abusers have been law enforcement officers from the cities of Napa and Susanville in California to Klamath Falls, Oregon who are highly skilled at abuse without being detected.
